The House is located in the parish of Reguengo Grande, municipality of Lourinhã, district of Lisbon, Portugal.
Lourinhã is an unusual geographical area on the West Coast of Portugal.
Quiet, between the Sea, the Beach and the Countryside, protected by Cabo Carvoeiro, to the North and the Serra de Montejunto, to the South.
Close (15 min.) to the best beaches in the West Atlantic (Silver Coast), where we can enjoy beautiful walks by the sea, sunbathe or practice various water activities (surfing, underwater fishing, etc) and with the best that Campo can offer: a peaceful environment, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities.

This area, in Campo, is next to the Cezaredas Plateau.
The Cesaredas Plateau is a limestone territory with about 140 million years old, which appears as an extension of the Aire/Montejunto mountain system. The highest elevation of the Plateau is 164m high and the lowest is 32m. Formations from the Jurassic period predominate, with limestone being the only rock found. The rocks have unique species of fossil invertebrates from the Middle and Upper Jurassic.
Along the Cesaredas Plateau, we can observe fields of lapiás and the presence of several caves and caves, which housed important archaeological remains. In relation to the history of the place, we can mention the existence of prehistoric remains, the stay of the Romans between the 2nd century BC. C. and V d. C. and the historical event of the combat of Roliça, during the Napoleonic invasions. Legend and popular tradition associate it with the camps of Caesar's armies, royal hunts and the clandestine love affairs between D. Pedro I and Inês de Castro.
