The T1 apartment, with 48sqm, can be enjoyed for 12 weeks with sea and pool
views, accommodating 4 people. It is fully furnished, with hotel furniture. It
includes a common room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a large
bathroom, Wi-Fi access, and television.
The apartments have access to all hotel services, such as the swimming pool.

Owners only need to pay the annual maintenance fee, which is €331.81 for the
T1 apartment. This rate is updated annually.
