Description
Rustic land plot of land with 9.840 sqm, currently classified in PDM as Agricultural and Forestry Spaces.
It is located in Morelinho at the exit to Nafarros, with a breathtaking view over the Serra de Sintra.
Due to the relevance of tourism activities, especially those related to nature, tourism use is permitted in rural land, in the categories and subcategories of forest land and agricultural land, identified in the Map, to ensure its compatibility with environmental constraints and heritage, specific regimes of easements and restrictions of public utility and demonstrated its compliance with the building parameters established in this Regulation for the categories where they fall.
We suggest consulting the PDM Regulation, specifically Articles 53,67 and 68.
