The Chalet Sintra 1892 is part of a type of construction very fashionable in the village of Sintra in the late nineteenth century.
It is inserted in the historical part of the city with a privileged location about 250 meters away from the train station to Lisbon and with unobstructed views over the city. It is located in a shopping area starting on the pedestrian street just below, with grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bakery, banks, pharmacy and all the necessary services. It is a 15 minutes’ walking distance from the centre of Sintra.
The Chalet has 4 suites in the main building, living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry. It also has an atelier with a studio typology in front of the house and an independent suite. In total there are 6 suites (four in the main house and another two in its exterior). It also comprises a laundry area, a large dimensioned storage area, a small and romantic garden with centenary trees and an area available for parking up to 4 vehicles.
It was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original design and preserving all the structural elements and architectural details of the time.
All the rooms have air conditioning.
