In total there are 6 suites (four in the main house and another two in its exterior). It also comprises a laundry area, a large dimensioned storage area, a small and romantic garden with centenary trees and an area available for parking up to 4 vehicles.

It was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original design and preserving all the structural elements and architectural details of the time.

All the rooms have air conditioning.
